Heffron provided mechanical construction for XM Satellite’s Downtown Washington headquarters, supporting the technical infrastructure requirements of a large-scale broadcast and media facility.
Broadcast headquarters bring their own mechanical profile — dense equipment loads, tight environmental tolerances for technical spaces, and continuous-operation expectations for on-air infrastructure. Heffron delivered mechanical systems built to that standard within a Downtown D.C. building envelope.
