Facilities

The facility building engineers prepare and maintain logs on a daily basis for the equipment. The readings recorded include all major operational equipment. To ensure that the equipment is in full operation at start-up, and maintains an acceptable level of operation through out the day, the equipment readings are tracked on log sheets that are kept.

All parameters are used to compare readings on a regular basis to achieve early detection of substandard operational issues that may cause a catastrophical failure. In turn this could save the facility location money loss along with down time for residing tenants.

A complete list of the equipment at the facility is compiled to ensue that all major and minor equipment is documented, and maintain on a regular basics.
