Heffron Company constructed new 15,000 sq. foot pharmaceutical production facility. Responsibilities included installation of ductwork, controls, RTU, chillers and utilities to support the space. Dedicated process utilities including clean steam, plant steam, plant air and glycol chilled water were installed to support the Owner’s production equipment. Space differential pressures were controlled by bladder type VAV boxes. Other responsibilities included commissioning and air balancing.
